Beloved FRED, was a 4-year old Chihuahua, owned by Jimmy and Josephine.  Fred came to Hip Dog after surgical repair of a broken elbow.  He started hydrotherapy with Hip Dog to accelerate his recovery and bring back full weight bearing on his left front leg.  Fred passed away in February 2004 from a previously undiagnosed cardiac condition. This spunky little guy will be sorely missed by all Hip Dog staff.
